Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 AM 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Job Description As a customer service representative for a chiropractic clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences from initial consultation to ongoing support. This position combines patient interaction, administrative management, and customer service to foster a positive, healing environment. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and returning patients, building strong, trust-based relationships
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and provide individualized home care instructions
  • Coordinate patient intake and assist with documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Support the chiropractic team in delivering exceptional care by managing patient flow and clinic logistics
  • Handle patient inquiries and address concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries as needed
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to identify areas for process improvement and enhance patient satisfaction
  • Ensure strict HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions and data handling, maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or patient coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and empathetic demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with healthcare management software and scheduling systems
  • Basic understanding of chiropractic care and holistic health practices (preferred)
  • Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining certification
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility for occasional extended hours
  • Comfortable working in Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone
  • Passion for supporting patients in their journey toward wellness and recovery
