DescriptionJob Summary

This position is responsible for achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change.

Major Responsibilities/Activities
  • Drives new client deployment process and partners with department process owners to ensure systems setup, education, staffing needs, and client information is accurate and completed within deadlines
  • Tracks and reports project milestones and provides status reports to management and process owners
  • Leads, coaches, and motivates process owners on a positive basis while communicating clear expectations
  • Develops tools and applies best practices for the execution of successfully on-boarding clients
  • Proactively identifies deficiencies and provides appropriate feedback and suggestions for improvement to management and client in order to resolve and prevent issues
  • Regularly & proactively communicates with the client to ensure new startup success
  • Seeks corrective action for any non-compliant internal processes
  • Approaches responsibilities with a focus on continuous improvement; develops and communicates innovative ideas to improve overall performance and processes; implements ideas as directed
  • Participates in cross-functional meetings to provide input on client issue resolution and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintains a consistent workflow and proactively notifies appropriate individuals/departments if problems, trends, or obstacles arise
  • Conducts all job tasks, duties, and interactions with professionalism, respect, a positive attitude, and in accordance with company compliance policies and applicable government regulations
  • Consistently supports and demonstrates the company mission and values
Other Responsibilities/Activities
  • Provides guidance, training, and support for the Project Management Office
  • Serves on and leads operational projects, based on business needs
RequirementsRequired Education, Skills, & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, will consider 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or Project Management certifications
  • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Organizational skills with a developing skillset in Project Management
  • Ability to evaluate processes and make recommendations/improvements
  • Assertive, highly communicative role with responsibilities to organize a group of varying stakeholders and tasks
  • Ability to hold others accountable for deadlines and deliverables (non-management role)
  • Analytical problem-solving with ability to dissect complex business problems
  • Understanding of tactical steps to accomplish larger strategic goals
  • Comfortable with the use of project management tools and application proficiency
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required with a heavy emphasis on documentation of processes and projects
Preferred Education, Skills, & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Account Management and/or healthcare experience preferred
Working Environment/Physical Requirements
  • General office environment
  • Some travel required, about 5% of the time
  • Typing, sitting, standing, walking, some light lifting
  • Use of basic office equipment such as computer, fax, printer, copier, telephone
