Job Description

As an Executive Assistant supporting both the CEO and COO, you’ll be the linchpin in a fast-paced, international consulting environment. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage complex schedules across multiple time zones. You’ll be instrumental in supporting high-level executives as they drive the company’s mission to improve emotional intelligence worldwide. Your responsibilities will span from intricate calendar management and travel logistics to assisting with product development and operational processes. Responsibilities

  • Masterfully manage complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings across international time zones
  • Handle high-level email correspondence, drafting responses on behalf of C-suite executives
  • Orchestrate seamless international travel arrangements for the globe-trotting CEO
  • Prioritize and manage executive inboxes, ensuring critical tasks are addressed promptly
  • Capture and distribute comprehensive meeting notes and action items
  • Create compelling presentations using cutting-edge tools like Canva
  • Review and refine important documents, ensuring impeccable grammar and content accuracy
  • Assist in developing professional contracts and non-disclosure agreements
  • Support the COO in establishing innovative processes and creating new product offerings
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and streamline operational management tasks

Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational prowess and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in email management and advanced calendar scheduling techniques
  • Expertise in presentation software, particularly Canva
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and juggle multiple high-priority tasks
  • Flexibility to adapt to various time zones and changing executive schedules
  • Meticulous attention to detail in document review and creation
  • Basic understanding of contract development and confidentiality agreements
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and operational best practices
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with utmost professionalism
