Job Description
As an Executive Assistant supporting both the CEO and COO, you’ll be the linchpin in a fast-paced, international consulting environment. Responsibilities
- Masterfully manage complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings across international time zones
- Handle high-level email correspondence, drafting responses on behalf of C-suite executives
- Orchestrate seamless international travel arrangements for the globe-trotting CEO
- Prioritize and manage executive inboxes, ensuring critical tasks are addressed promptly
- Capture and distribute comprehensive meeting notes and action items
- Create compelling presentations using cutting-edge tools like Canva
- Review and refine important documents, ensuring impeccable grammar and content accuracy
- Assist in developing professional contracts and non-disclosure agreements
- Support the COO in establishing innovative processes and creating new product offerings
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and streamline operational management tasks
Requirements
