This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage information across multiple business ventures
- Create and maintain organizational systems for ideas, documents, and projects
- Assist in preparing content for social media, blogs, and online courses
- Support the setup and management of online communities (e.g., Mighty Networks)
- Handle administrative tasks such as email management and scheduling
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth information flow
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for information management
- Experience with social media and content management
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes
Scope:
- Manage and organize information for three distinct businesses
- Assist in the development and execution of a women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship blog/course
- Support the growth of online communities and social media presence
- Coordinate with external team members for content creation and distribution
- Contribute to the operational efficiency of multiple business ventures
- Tuesday to Saturday, 2pm to 10pm Mountain with a 30-minute paid break
