We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Modeling Specialist to join our finance team and work closely with our leadership to drive strategic decision-making and business success.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop Financial Models- Build, maintain, and update comprehensive financial models, including revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and cash flow projections.
  
• Forecasting- Prepare accurate short- and long-term financial forecasts to support strategic business planning and decision-making.
  
• Scenario Analysis- Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives, such as new projects, pricing adjustments, and cost optimization measures.
  
• Data Analysis- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to senior management.
  
• Financial Reporting- Create clear and compelling financial reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
  
• Process Improvement- Continuously enhance financial modeling processes and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  
• With at least 7 years of work experience in Finance.
  
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with other finance team members.
  
• Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus but not required.
  
• Familiarity with Xero is not essential, but knowledge of financial systems is advantageous.
