We are seeking a Head of Billing to become a part of our team.Job DescriptionAs the Head of Billing, you will:

• Analyze billing data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain communication with payment providers regarding any deviations in the passability of payment methods
• Lead the billing strategy, overseeing all billing operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Search for the new payment providers, negotiate the best possible prices, and oversee its integration
• Create all the needed business processes in the Company
• Ensure all the projects with the necessary set of providers for quality operations
• Lead the billing operational support team
• Create processes to ensure existence and management backup of payment methods and providers
• Build strong business relationships with all the external partners: to improve internal work in areas of managing traffic methods, balances, and expenses

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with billing platforms
• Expert in payment gateways and processors (e.g., PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, and cryptocurrency payment systems)
• Experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Deep knowledge of AML and KYC processes
• Familiarity with compliance requirements
• Awareness of industry-specific billing challenges
