- Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and account executives.

- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up on inquiries from potential clients and provide detailed information about our products/services.

- Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Provide support and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
- Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
