As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone, email, or other forms of communication to schedule appointments for our sales representatives. You will work closely with our recruitment team to create and execute effective strategies that will generate more leads. The ideal candidate for this position should be confident, persuasive, and able to communicate effectively with different types of people.

Responsibilities:
· Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other forms of communication to schedule appointments for our recruitment team.
· Maintain accurate records of appointments scheduled, including appointment times, venues, and client contact information.
· Use effective communication skills and persuasive techniques to overcome objections, close deals, and meet appointment-setting targets.
· Actively participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, share ideas, and help develop new approaches to improve our appointment-setting performance.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients.
· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry-related news to develop an acute understanding of our target audience's needs and how our products/services can best serve them.
Requirements:· At least 2 years of experience in an appointment setting or a similar role within a sales environment
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate
· Proven track record in meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
· Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
· Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is an added advantage, but not required
· Knowledge of working within recruitment is highly advantageous, but not required
· Should possess a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
· Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for customer service and client liaison
· Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
