We're seeking a BilingualAdmission Specialist (Eng/Spanish) to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:
  • Student Recruitment and Engagement:
    • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms.

    • Provide detailed information about programs, admission requirements, tuition, and financial aid options.

    • Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, answering questions and addressing concerns.

  • Application and Enrollment Management:
    • Assist applicants in completing necessary documentation and verifying required materials.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the institution’s CRM and enrollment systems.

    • Monitor and follow up on incomplete applications, ensuring timely completion of enrollment.

  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the admissions team and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

    • Generate weekly and monthly enrollment reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

    • Provide feedback on processes and recommend enhancements to improve enrollment outcomes.

  • Outreach and Marketing Support:
    • Participate in virtual open houses, webinars, and other online events to promote programs.

    • Support marketing campaigns by following up on leads generated through digital platforms.


Requirements

What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

  • Proficiency in generating reports (weekly/monthly) to track enrollment progress.

  • Experience with MS Office or Google Docs systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with prospective students and colleagues.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing prompt and helpful assistance.

  • Ability to address concerns and resolve issues effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
