About the RoleWe’re looking for a Multimedia Designer to support our Recruitment Marketing Initiatives. This is a part-time, remote position (4 hours per day), perfect for someone with a corporate background in design and social media management. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality graphics, videos, logos, and branding materials while also helping grow our global community of remote job seekers through social media.
What You’ll Do- Design graphics, branding materials, and logos for recruitment campaigns.
- Edit and produce engaging videos for job ads, social media, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, specifically targeting global remote job seekers.
- Develop creative content that drives engagement and builds brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure our employer brand stands out.
- Stay up-to-date with design and social media trends to keep our content fresh.
- Proven experience in multimedia design (graphics + video editing)—must share portfolio.
- Corporate background preferred (understands professional branding & messaging).
- Experience in social media management—building and engaging a community.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Bonus: Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Fully remote, flexible work schedule (4 hours/day).
