Job Description
Own and refine our feedback and performance cycles to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for everyone involved.
Develop and implement career paths in close partnership with the Global People Business Partner, including designing a sustainable training catalogue.
Customize, test, and introduce tailored feedback solutions for diverse teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement programs that drive employee growth and deliver continuous development opportunities.
Min. 3–5 years of experience in people development, with a strong passion for shaping careers and culture.
You thrive in PowerPoint, bringing ideas to life through compelling presentations.
Familiarity with tools like Miro or Kanvas for knowledge sharing is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
