You will be supported by a Global People Team of around 15 colleagues.

Your responsibilities are the following:
  • Own and refine our feedback and performance cycles to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for everyone involved.

  • Develop and implement career paths in close partnership with the Global People Business Partner, including designing a sustainable training catalogue.

  • Customize, test, and introduce tailored feedback solutions for diverse teams.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement programs that drive employee growth and deliver continuous development opportunities.

RequirementsYour skillset includes the following:
  • Min. 3–5 years of experience in people development, with a strong passion for shaping careers and culture.

  • You thrive in PowerPoint, bringing ideas to life through compelling presentations.

  • Familiarity with tools like Miro or Kanvas for knowledge sharing is a plus.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
