Principal Architect

Resource will be responsible for identifying customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design an OT and 3rd Party solutions that appropriately addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity. Will be responsible for validate/evaluate if an information systems or operational architecture.

• Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design an OT and 3rd Party solutions that appropriately addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity.

• Ability to understand RFP, napping customer requirement, writing technical documents, writing SOW and writing DFS (Detailed functional specification), mapping requirement vs ATP cases.

• Ability to lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of medium to large business unit level IT based solutions (typically within multiple technology or specialty areas).

• Familiar with multiple architectural, development and operational methodologies (e.g. IT4IT, TOGAF, Agile, Waterfall model, Fixed price engagement, Time and Expense .).

• Familiar with multiple deployment options (e.g. On Premises, Container deployment, standalone/Distributed architecture with DC and DR setups.)

• Provides advice on solution and integration opportunities to defined segments.

• Provides technical leadership on specific integration activities that are part of an engagement.

• Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment.

• Desirable to have understanding or experience of data analytics, AI/ML languages and technologies

• Desirable to have understanding or experience of container/cloud technologies: AWS, Kubernates, Redhat Openshift

• Should be able to write technical documents (ex: configuration guides, SOPs and troubleshooting documents with the steps to be followed to fix the issue and share with L1 and L2 team).

• Build and manage long-term strategic relationships at Business Unit leader and CIO, CTO level.

• Ability to systematically gather, assess and apply organizational, technical, operational, and sales/marketing information for business decisions.

• Ability to prepare clear, concise, and persuasive communications for multiple audiences, including demonstrating effective writing and presentation skills, listening actively, and projecting a trustable image.

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study with 10 to 12 years IT/Telecom experience with at least 4 years’ experience in architect for building OT or 3rd Party tools solution and at least 2 years’ experience in OT ITOM/NOM solution or 3rd Party tools or similar tools.
• Hands on experience in understanding the RFP, technical documents, SOW, DFS (Detailed functional specification), mapping requirement vs ATP cases.
• Hands on experience in installation, configuration and deployment experience of OT tools and 3rd Party3 tools or similar tools
• Hands on experience in integrations among OT tools and 3rd Party tools
• Hands on experience in customization in multiple OT tools and 3rd Party tools
• Should have expertise in working on Linux/Unix/Windows environment
• Owns development skills and able to understand, troubleshoot, define solution based on languages such as Java, Python, scripting, Shell, Perl etc.
• Should have knowledge on databases including Oracle/Postgre/MySQL/MSSQL/Vertica/Sybase
• hould have Understanding of infrastructure domain (Operating system, Networking etc.)
• Knowledge of best practices like ITIL and frameworks like IT4IT / TOGAF.
• Should Collaborate effectively with the project manager to manage regional medium to large projects from technical governance perspective, scope may include the technical management of customer staff assigned to implementation team.
• Plays a leading role in the Architect profession at the local level.
