We are eager to welcome a dynamic and experienced Global Senior CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship efforts on a global scale.
What you will be doing:

  • Collaborating closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention globally.
  • Analysing customer data and feedback to tailor CRM initiatives and personalize customer communication.
  • Leveraging state-of-the-art CRM technologies and data analytics tools to drive insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Leading and mentoring a global CRM team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
  • Monitoring CRM trends and competitor strategies to ensure Sumsub remains a leader in customer management.
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships within the company to advocate for customer-centric strategies.
About you:
  • Proven track record of success as a CRM Manager, preferably with global or multi-market experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software, data analysis tools, and customer engagement platforms.
  • A strong leader with exceptional analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about utilizing technology to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
  • Excellent command of English, with additional languages considered a bonus.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
