Key Responsibilities
  • ServiceNow Development: Lead the development and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms, focusing on HRSD, portals, app engine, and API integrations.

  • Implementation Projects: Drive implementation and customization of HR modules, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Guide and mentor junior and intermediate developers.

    • Foster a learning environment, encouraging team members to solve problems and grow independently.

    • Act as a liaison between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

  • Training: Support team development by identifying areas for improvement and providing tailored guidance.

RequirementsWhat You’ll BringTechnical Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in IT, including ServiceNow development.

  • Proven expertise in HRSD (HR Profile, HR Case Management).

  • Strong knowledge of:
    • App Engine and custom application creation (e.g., App Engine Studio).

    • Employee Service Portals (implementation and enhancements).

    • API integrations.

    • Bug fixing, maintenance, and enhancements.

  • Familiarity with Technical Analysis (TA) and Technical Design (TD) processes.

Leadership and Teamwork
  • Experience leading development teams in an agile environment.

  • Exceptional mentorship skills with a track record of training junior developers.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.
