Social Media Specialist - (ZR_20110_JOB)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest accounts

• Schedule and post social media content across all platforms

• Write weekly blog posts related to fitness and app features

• Compose and send weekly newsletters to app subscribers

• Reach out to influencers for app promotion and partnerships

• Create graphics and short video content for social media posts

• Monitor and engage with user comments and direct messages

• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports

• Collaborate with the team on new app features and marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation

• Excellent writing skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)

• Proficiency in graphic design tools, especially Canva

• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools

• Understanding of current social media trends and best practices

• Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Knowledge of or interest in fitness and wellness industries

Scope:

• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across all platforms

• Increase social media engagement and follower growth by 20% quarterly

• Produce 4-5 high-quality social media posts per week for each platform

• Write and publish one blog post per week (500-1000 words)

• Create and send one engaging newsletter per week to app subscribers

• Establish partnerships with at least 5 relevant influencers per month

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital touchpoints

• Provide monthly analytics reports on social media performance and growth

• Monday to Friday anywhere between 9 AM to 3 PM (20 hours per week)
