Job Description:

The Healthcare Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing our healthcare programs with a specialized focus on audit and process improvement. This role will work across teams to ensure programs are compliant with all regulations that processes are efficient and that all audits are effectively managed.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage healthcare programs with a strong focus on process improvement and audit.
  2. Ensure the organization's compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
  3. Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to set standards and procedures.
  4. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient care.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute program strategies effectively.
  6. Lead and facilitate training for employees on new processes, compliance regulations, and audit findings.
  7. Monitor program outcomes and create detailed reports for management review.
  8. Provide project management support for various initiatives, including timeline creation, resource allocation, and risk management.
RequirementsQualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare program management with a strong focus on auditing and process improvement.
  3. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and auditing standards.
  4. Proven experience in project management and process improvement.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and manage multiple tasks.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
