Review of Session Recordings:
- Review 10-15 recorded event video sessionsof 40-60 minutes.
- Compare the original audio from therecording with the provided transcripts and translations.
- Identify any grammatical errors,terminology inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or omissions in the transcripts andtranslations.
- Create a log of the transcriptrevision/improvement.
- Analyze the quality of theinterpretations, considering factors such as accuracy, fluency, and culturalappropriateness.
Builda comprehensive glossary of terms and phrases relevant to the organization’sspecific needs based on the provided glossary format.
- Categorize glossary entries into:
- Improve: Terms and phrases thatrequire specific translations to ensure accurate and consistent output from thetranscription and translation processes.
- Boost: Terms and phrases thatshould be prioritized in the transcription and translation processes to improvetheir accuracy and consistency.
- Block: Terms and phrases thatshould be excluded from the transcription and translation processes, such asconfidential information or industry-specific jargon that may not be accuratelytranscribed or translated.
- Develop an Excel file with specific formatbased on the categorization above and separated for each language.
