Position Overview:

The IT Business Development at Superlabs will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and expansion of our IT Augmentation Business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT Augmentation industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our IT Staff Augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of staffing solutions. This role requires a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Business Development:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staffing industry.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate leads and build relationships.

Sales Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services.

Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.

Provide sales coaching and training to improve team performance.

Set sales goals and quotas and monitor team progress.

Requirements:

Proven track record in IT staff augmentation sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Strong understanding of the IT industry and staffing trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Additional Preferred

Qualifications:

Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.

Knowledge of IT staffing industry regulations and compliance requirements.
