As a Founders Associate Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy by identifying and qualifying potential customers, managing our CRM system, and assisting with administrative tasks. Your diligence and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Research and Generation:
    • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, trade shows, industry events, and other relevant sources.

    • Gather comprehensive information on potential customers, including company details, key contacts, and business needs.

  2. CRM Management:
    • Input and maintain accurate lead information in our CRM system (Pipedrive).

    • Regularly update CRM records to reflect current status and next steps for each lead.

    • Ensure all data is organized and easily accessible for the sales team.

  3. Appointment Setting and Coordination:
    • Schedule meetings and appointments with potential clients for the sales team.

    • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure availability and preparedness for meetings.

    • Send calendar invites and reminders to all relevant parties.

  4. Administrative Support:
    • Attend sales meetings and take detailed notes on discussions, action items, and follow-ups.

    • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation as needed.

    • Follow up with leads and clients post-meetings to ensure timely communication and relationship management.

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive), LinkedIn, and other research tools.

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Flexible Availability: Willingness to work across different time zones as required by the team.

Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.

  • Familiarity with sales processes and lead generation techniques.

  • Experience with market research and data analysis.
