Full-Stack Developer (Senior, Javascript)

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full-Stack Software Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing our cutting-edge POS and KDS software, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

As our HQ is located in the Netherlands (GMT+1) we are looking for someone in the Pacific timezone (± GMT+12), who is capable of independently interacting with our reseller network in the United States (GMT-6). Our resellers will handle first- and second-line support, but may sometimes require backup from a developer during their afternoon/evening (your day).

After your onboarding you will receive deploy access to a “beta environment”, which runs on the same database as production, allowing you to quickly respond to requests from resellers (without running migrations / changing the data structure).

Salary:

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.

• 3+ years of experience working in a table-service restaurant environment (essential for understanding restaurant workflows and pain points).

• Strong proficiency in Javascript/Typescript, including ES6+ features, including Node.js, React & MongoDB.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Prior experience with the Meteor framework.

• Prior experience in similar restaurant software systems.
