DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on millions of our players by overseeing the development and execution of high-quality gaming experiences. Your leadership will help us deliver exciting, engaging, and polished games that keep players coming back for more.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• You’ll lead and manage the production of game projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• You’ll collaborate with design, art, and engineering teams to create and implement game features that meet player expectations.
• You’ll develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• You’ll monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep development on track.
• You’ll facilitate communication between teams and ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals.
• You’ll drive the development of innovative gameplay mechanics and features.
• You’ll review and provide feedback on game designs, prototypes, and final builds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• You’ll continuously analyze player feedback and data to make informed decisions on game improvements.

What you'll bring to the team:

• At least 5 years of experience in mobile game production with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong understanding of game development processes and pipelines.
• Exceptional project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating team members.
• Ability to identify and resolve production challenges quickly and effectively.
• A deep passion for gaming and understanding of player needs and industry trends.
• Experience with both Web2 and Web3 game development is a plus.
