This is a remote position.

Role Title: Mendix Developer

Work Experience: 4-7 Years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Work Mode: Remote


Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Mendix applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Serve as the technical lead for Mendix projects, providing guidance and expertise to the development team.
• Actively participate in hands-on development tasks, leveraging your expertise in Mendix Studio Pro, Mendix Studio, and associated technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Mendix development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Identify technical risks and challenges, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest Mendix developments, trends, and best practices, and champion their adoption within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro, Mendix Studio, and Mendix platform capabilities.
• Experience in leading Mendix development teams and guiding technical direction.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Mendix certification(s) preferred.
• Experience with other development technologies and platforms (e.g., Java, JavaScript, SQL) is a plus.
