Do you want to use your passion and talent to make consumption more sustainable?

We're Europe's fastest-growing marketplace for refurbished products, empowering customers to acquire items up to 40% cheaper while making a substantial impact on reducing CO2 emissions compared to buying new devices.

Since our launch in February 2017, we grew to more than 300 employees and expanded across the European region. Throughout this journey, we've successfully concluded three substantial funding rounds, selling hundreds of thousands of products. Thanks to our team's efforts, we were recognized as the Top Employer in the DACH region (2023 and 2024) by Kununu and secured the title of an ACM Preferred Employer (2023).

As the Product Manager for our MoneyFlow Squad, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes backend engineers and security experts and a data analyst. Your primary focus will be on enhancing and advancing our payment systems, ensuring robust fraud prevention mechanisms, and managing disputes to ensure a secure and seamless financial experience for our users, suppliers and our business.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Experience in product management within finance, fintech, or e-commerce domains, particularly related to payment systems and fraud prevention.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, compliance regulations (e.g., PCI DSS), and risk management within digital transactions.
  • Experience with product discovery techniques and risk assessments.
  • Proficient with prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, ICE) to make informed decisions that balance security, user experience, and business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and security-related concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experince working in cross-functional teams in a collaborative and agile environment with a strong understanding of technical concepts (e.g., API, encryption, authentication).
  • It's a plus if you have experience with dispute resolution processes, fraud detection technologies, or compliance management in payment systems.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Product discovery: Identify opportunities to improve our payment systems and fraud prevention mechanisms in collaboration with tech leads and security experts. Estimate the potential impact on company metrics and user trust.
  • Fraud and Security Management: Define and prioritize features and enhancements that strengthen our fraud detection, prevention, and dispute resolution capabilities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Execution support: Drive the execution of prioritized initiatives by collaborating closely with the engineering and security teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Data monitoring: Continuously monitor key metrics related to payment processing, fraud incidents, and dispute resolution. Leverage data insights to make informed decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and assess potential risks related to financial transactions, developing strategies to mitigate them while balancing user experience and business needs.
  • Communication: Constantly communicate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and customer support teams, to ensure alignment on security policies, payment processes, and dispute management strategies.
WHY YOU WILL ENJOY WORKING WITH US Our Culture and Values:
  • Decisions should be made based on facts and not by hierarchy levels? We sure think so!
  • We embrace giving and receiving feedback, testing and welcoming new ideas, as well as sharing our knowledge across the company.
  • You fail sometimes? Well, so do we! We’re all just human, let’s not cry about it but learn from our mistakes to improve in the future!
  • No matter who you love, where you’re from, who you pray to, whether you pee sitting down or standing up – we are a bunch of talented people who enjoy spending our time making a difference!
Personal & Professional Development:
  • You can take unlimited number of trainings we are offering you through LinkedIn learning.
  • Additionally, we are partnering with Likeminded, offering you private sessions with experts for your personal growth and mental health.
Flexibility:
  • If you're passionate about work-life balance, you're in luck! We not only function and support a fully remote setting but also offer the possibility to work from our beautiful office in the vibrant heart of Vienna – we love dogs, so feel free to bring your furry little buddy too. And yes, there is free fruit, coffee & drinks in the office 😊
  • We trust you to do the best job, so we don't care so much when you do it – you are able to self-organize.
  • You will also be invited to take part in our office weeks, happening three times a year, where you will have the chance to work side by side with your colleagues and enjoy the team-building events and on-site workshops
