This is a remote position.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM New York time and the rest of the 4 hours is up to the candidate.
Job Description: Systems Developer
  • Develop a Web-Based LMS with CRM Features: Create an intuitive and efficient Learning Management System integrated with Customer Relationship Management functionalities.
  • Enhance an Existing Website: Expand our current web platform with responsive, user-friendly code optimized for both web and mobile devices.
  • Maintain and Upgrade Web Applications: Regularly update and improve websites by adding new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and test Java-based backend components for robust functionality.
  • Implement responsive front-end solutions using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of LMS and CRM functionalities.
  • Utilize best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, scalability, and security.
  • Provide documentation and training for newly implemented features.

RequirementsQualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Java and JavaScript development.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Java (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and their associated frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, React.js, Node.js).
    • Experience with RESTful APIs and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
    • Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
