The Rapid Pioneers Group has a portfolio of over 25 companies in the consumer and B2B technology space. This job will be with a leading Silicon Valley-based podcast agency that helps B2B technology brands create video podcasts that are hosted by their CEO. Our goal is to blend the informative nature of B2B content with the engaging and entertaining style typically seen in B2C media. We strive to produce content that captivates our clients' target audiences attention, making professional topics both accessible and memorable.

You will work with a fast-growing European B2B tech startup specializing in blockchain solutions for financial services institutions, banks, and supply chain companies. With over $30 million in funding from leading venture capital firms, our team is passionate, driven, and committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers and leading the blockchain revolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity and effectively communicates our message.

  • Produce visually appealing and informative webinars and product demos to showcase our products and services.

  • Develop eye-catching online advertisements, focusing on LinkedIn and YouTube, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and technologies to continuously improve our visual content.

  • Handle ad-hoc video requests from various departments, particularly sales and marketing, to support their ongoing needs.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, being readily available to provide video support whenever required by the sales and marketing team.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos that meet the needs of the requesting teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in video editing and production, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other video editing tools.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills and creativity.

  • Excellent understanding of video production principles, storytelling, and editing techniques.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
